We handle all the work so the State tourism agencies and participating brochure providers have nothing to worry about. And remember, there is never a cost to the State for any of it!
Your industry members who join the program will pay only their first class postage rate for each brochure ordered. There are no other fees to participate. We'll save them time, hassles and money while exposing them to a wider audience through your web traffic. And, they'll gain valuable marketing intelligence through our monthly reports and statistics.
Integration With Your Site
We build a custom online brochure order page that has the exact look and feel of the rest of your site. Users won't even realize that they've temporarily stepped off your site to order the brochures. When their order is complete, your navigational links work right from our page and they are encouraged to continue exploring your site. Your state-produced brochures will be listed first, followed by kits of brochures grouped by your marketing regions or special interest categories. Regional organizations, CVBs, attractions and events can join our program and offer their brochures on this one-stop shop. Users select which of your state-produced brochures and which kits of participant brochures they'd like to receive and enter their address information.
Extensive Reporting Options
We manage all of the order data for the program. If you are under contract with a fulfillment house to distribute your state-produced brochures, we will send you a file each business day with all of the order data for your brochures. We'll send it in the format your fulfillment house needs including .csv, .xls, or .xml. The order data for the participating brochures will be managed by our firm undergoing thorough review, mailing address standardization and duplicate removal daily. We warehouse the data and provide informative monthly reports to the State and to our participants.
Reports include a full list of everyone who ordered with mailing addresses and e-mail addresses. This enables the State and the participants to conduct research such as conversion studies and to remarket to users who ordered their brochures. Other reports include distribution by state, by age, by gender and by the advertising source that referred them to the site. You'll also be able to visualize where your responses are coming from with our specialized mapping for each brochure.
Brochure Fulfillment
We oversee the mailing of the participant brochures and provide the mailing envelopes and postal boxes. We have formed a strategic alliance with one of the oldest and most successful fulfillment houses in our region. Brochures are warehoused and staged in their state-of-the-art facility and the packages are assembled, weighed, inspected, sorted and placed into the postal stream using the latest CASS-certified postal software.
We use only fiber-reinforced envelopes overprinted with the State's logo artwork and heavy-duty postal boxes stamped with the State's logo artwork. We charge each participating brochure provider just their first-class postage rate for each brochure mailed. There are no other fees to participate. We mail our packages by Standard A or Bound Printed Matter rates depending on weight. By combining all the brochures into one comprehensive package and mailing at the lower rates, we earn a margin while saving our participants time and money.
Working With Brochure Providers
We handle all the work associated with recruiting participating brochure providers into the program, monitoring inventory, invoicing and providing monthly reports. The program is totally turnkey for the host States with the exception of signing up and then redirecting your links to order brochures once the program is ready to go live. Remember, there is no cost for the State and participating brochure providers pay only their first class postage rate for each brochure ordered.
